Job Description

Applications are invited from suitably qualified
and experienced candidates for the above
position, reporting to the Marketing Manager,
based at the Marketing Department on Level 7
BSP Life Centre, Thomson Street, Suva.

The role is responsible for building and
maintaining a positive public profile for BSP
Life and BSP Health, ensuring it remains at
top of mind positioning by developing and
managing the marketing plan.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and develop advertising and
    marketing strategies for BSP Life and
    BSP Health by working with vendors,
    stakeholders and marketing team
    members.
  • Support insurance sales and brand
    awareness goals through events and
    other marketing initiatives that foster new
    and engage existing members of target
    audience groups.
  • Proactively monitor emerging trends
    within the insurance and marketing
    industry, flagging relevant reports to
    Manager Marketing.
  • Managing and developing marketing
    campaigns.
  • Monitor, maintain and contribute to
    website and social media pages.
  • Overseeing campaigns on social
    media. Manage and analyse audience
    engagement data and success of
    targeted campaigns.
  • Reporting on trends and statistics across
    all digital media platforms.
  • Undertake any other duties considered
    to fall within the scope of the position as
    directed by Marketing Manager.

Knowledge, Skills & Qualifications

  • Degree in Business, Marketing and
    Management.
  • Knowledge and experience of using
    marketing sciences, including research,
    opportunity identification, trends, consumer behavior and managing ROI.
  • Proven experience in digital marketing.
  • Valid driver’s license
