Making Wellness Fun!
BSP Life proudly launched its wellness program as a proactive step toward combating diseases across the Pacific. Starting with our own staff, the program emphasizes the importance of health and well-being by fostering a culture of care and vitality within the organization. By promoting wellness initiatives internally, such as nutrition education, physical activity, and mental health support, BSP Life aims to inspire its employees to lead healthier lifestyles. This internal focus serves as a foundation to expand efforts and encourage wellness throughout the broader Pacific region, championing the fight against preventable diseases.
Wellness Challenges
We’ve launched engaging challenges, like tracking steps, sharing recipes, and wellness trackers that employees can use outside work.
Lunch and Learn
We also have an informal, highly interactive program where health experts share their knowledge from Doctors, to Physios, to Chinese Medicine.
